I made thai spicy pork belly on Wednesday. My brother and I browsed cokking books on Sunday and the recipe captivated him. I decided that we need to give it a go. It was a huge success! I even managed to make soup out of the stock! But one thing to be sure, it was too spicy for both of us to handle.... I'll post the recipe next time, either here or in Facebook.
